Operates at Union Square Farmers Market on Friday and Saturday.Job DescriptionShift: Saturday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (6 hours).Responsibilities: Assist with sales, close the stand, pack the van, maintain high situational awareness during peak hours (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM), change barrels, drive van from the farm at 4:00 AM Friday or bring it down Thursday evening, set up the stand by 6:00 AM (85% completed by 8:00 AM), coordinate final setup with signage and samples, post a photo to Instagram story.Administrative tasks: Off 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM for rest and administrative time; return at 4:00 PM to assist customers, restock, change barrels, organize van for packing, inventory, remove large bills, and log daily profit.Stand schedule: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Manager; 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Shift 1; 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Shift 2; 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Shift 3 (this role); 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Managers.Breaks: 30-minute lunch break when all three staff members overlap.Assistant Manager Role: Cover all full responsibilities on weekends when the manager is unavailable.Compensation & Benefits$20 USD per hour cash.Friday & Saturday total $700 (includes driving, setup, breakdown).Sunday opportunities: additional $500.Free products or discounts from other market vendors.J-18808-Ljbffr
