Assistant Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with routine maintenance and conducting repairs on various systems and equipment. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Duties & Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance and repairs, as instructed Address mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues Maintain accurate maintenance records Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner Follow safety protocols and regulations Tier 1 position - on call to respond to 24-hour emergency calls as scheduled Other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Lead Maintenance Technician Education & Training High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge, Skills & Experience Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Attention to detail and safety Effective communication and teamwork skills
