The Patterns team in Las Vegas is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work on life skills with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities and help reach their goals. Our BTs are trained on executing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to teach their clients a variety of skills, such as communication, regulating emotions, organization, reducing maladaptive behaviors and more! We are looking for RBTs to work part time (opportunity to become FT) Monday-Friday between 8am-5:30pm! Qualifications Be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school degree or GE Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field, preferred Responsibilities: Implement 1:1 direct ABA techniques in-home, clinic, and/or school settings Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs Attend all scheduled therapy sessions, staff meetings, and trainings Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients Compliance to all related company policies and procedures Why join the Patterns family?
