We are Fee-Only. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wealth Advisor Associate. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow in the exciting field of wealth management.Role DescriptionThe Wealth Advisor Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Austin, Texas. Functions of the positions are listed below. Handles all aspects of onboarding a new client (such as: requesting documents and processing client information in the software systems). Oversees CRM details can run reports and utilize workflows and automations in the CRM.Oversee notes in meetings, along with capturing recommendations and actions generated in the meeting. Participates in follow-up emails and other client correspondence as directed by Wealth Advisor or Senior Wealth Advisor. Properly communicates with Wealth Advisor or Senior Wealth Advisor about ongoing client tasks, needs and updates. Assist with meeting follow-up actions as directed by Wealth Advisor or Senior Wealth Advisor.Processes uploaded and emailed documents and client information that is shared in an ongoing fashion. Is aware of tasks related to custodians, such as: opening accounts, being aware of alerts and new account transfer. Serves as bridge to coordinate with Client Service Department and Wealth Advisor or Senior Wealth Advisor to make sure such tasks are completed. Works cooperatively with Wealth Management department to communicate needs in custodian accounts.Assists with firm projects as assigned by supervisor or partners. We expect all staff to exemplify our core values of excellence, compassion, ingenuity, integrity, stewardship, candidness and being humbly confident.Qualifications●      Bachelor's Degree preferred●      In process of obtaining CFP® or ChFC® designation or has the designation●      0-3 years experience in a financial planning roleRecommended Strengths ·      Strong attention to details·      Ability to maintain various ongoing client projects·      Strong analytical and qualitative skills·      Strong verbal and written communication skills·      Strong working knowledge of Excel and ability to learn and use various software solutions·      Ability to operate in a dynamic and flexible working environment, including the ability to be accountable when working at home·      Ability to get along with various personalities·      Ability to keep up with vital documentation·      Ability to remain in compliance according to regulatory rules, requirements by the Firm and those set by the Chief Compliance Officer·      Ability to learn and incorporate new knowledge and skills in a reasonable timeframe
