This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and internal teams; and assists with a variety of HR functions. The HR Coordinator will prioritize confidentiality, accuracy, consistency, and the overall employee experience.The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, employee inquiries, documentation management, internal events, training sessions, and coordination of HR processes.
