Role Description We are seeking an experienced full-time Estimating Manager to join our team on-site at our North Palm Beach, FL location. The Estimating Manager will be responsible for analyzing project plans, preparing cost estimates, managing the bidding process, and collaborating with project stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes. Additionally, the role includes negotiating contracts, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring estimates align with client expectations and project timelines. Qualifications Strong proficiency in estimating, budgeting, and cost analysisKnowledge of project management principles and construction processesProven ability to prepare detailed takeoffs and evaluate project specificationsExperience with bid submission, contract negotiation, and vendor managementExcellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skillsProficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Excel, estimating software, or project management toolsStrong communication and leadership skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and team membersBachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in commercial flooring or the construction industry is a plus
