This individual will be the primary point of contact for system configuration, end-user support, and process optimization across our manufacturing environment. A key aspect of this role will be supporting the upcoming migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.ResponsibilitiesServe as the subject matter expert and super user for SAP (MM, PP, QM, or related modules) and Solumina G8 MESProvide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and end-user training for both platformsConfigure and maintain system settings, workflows, and master data in alignment with business processesAct as a liaison between manufacturing operations, quality, and IT during system changes and enhancementsIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes through better system utilizationPlay a lead role in the SAP S/4HANA migration — participating in requirements gathering, data mapping, testing, and cutover activitiesCoordinate with external consultants and implementation partners as neededDevelop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materialsQualifications4–7 years of experience working with SAP in a manufacturing environment (experience with MM, PP, WM, or QM modules preferred)Hands-on experience with Solumina G8 or comparable MES platforms (e.g., DELMIA Apriso, Plex, Aegis)Prior involvement in an SAP upgrade or migration project (S/4HANA experience is a significant plus)Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows — production planning, shop floor execution, inventory, and quality managementExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across functional teamsStrong documentation and training skillsExperience in aerospace & defense or other regulated manufacturing industries preferredAPICS, SAP certification, or related credentials are a plusNice to HaveFamiliarity with ABAP (ability to read code, understand custom reports and enhancements)SQL skills for direct querying of SAP tables and data validationExposure to Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for process automationEnterprise Req SkillsSap,solumina G8,mm,pp,qm,sap s/4 hana,sap ecc,abap,sql queries,sql,Power platform Tools
