Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with customer service software, databases, and tools. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training is a plus.
