This is a salaried position with a base salary range at 0.75 FTE of $65,000 - 69,000. At 1.0 FTE, base salary range is $86,500 - 92,000.A Field Case Manager role is a home-based position with travel, up to 2 hours one-way (4 hours round trip), to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and various other locations. This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries, which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals.
