This executive-level role requires a professional with a strong background in aviation infrastructure, heavy civil, or industrial construction, and a proven track record of delivering complex airside and landside infrastructure projects in highly regulated environments. The VP of Aviation will be at the forefront of the company's industry-leading aviation work, delivering high-impact projects that directly support airport operations and essential aviation infrastructure.Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in construction, with at least 7 years' in a senior leadership role. The role demands a leader with a strong safety and quality culture, capable of overseeing project managers, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in active airport environments, with a focus on strict safety, regulatory, and operational requirements. Building and maintaining relationships with airport authorities, airlines, engineering partners, and government stakeholders is also a key aspect of the position. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
