Job Title: Senior Java Architect / Principal EngineerLocation: Charlotte/ New Jersey (Onsite)We're looking for a Senior Java Architect / Principal Engineer with 12+ years of experience building enterprise-scale applications and driving technology transformation.Key RequirementsStrong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise application architecture.Hands-on experience with Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Apache Kafka/Event-Driven Architecture.Proven track record in application modernization, platform upgrades, and migration initiatives.Experience implementing CI/CD, automation, DevOps, and engineering productivity practices.Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Devin, MCP, and AI-assisted software development tools.Exposure to building AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio, LangChain/LangGraph, or Google ADK.Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps is a plus.Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and influencing architectural decisions.Preferred SkillsPythonAzure CloudKubernetesDevSecOpsBanking / Financial Services domain experience
