We are also capable of offering project-based work.Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Health Care System Analyst in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.Responsibilities: Coordinate and perform data intake tasks across all data feed types, which may involve large/complex clients, with high quality and on-time deliverySimultaneous implementation of multiple data feeds and complex projectsSupport new data feed types to enable expanding programsUtilize your technical skills, data knowledge, and creativity to solve complex problemsMaintain breadth of knowledge on all product offerings and business processesWork closely and effectively with customers, vendors, IT, stakeholders, and other internal business partners to meet all data feed and/or project objectivesWork with internal business leads to better recognize the needs of the downstream users of the data and how the Inbound Data team can drive and facilitate quality outcomesProvide business insight to assist development of IT solutions that will maximize Inbound Data team’s efficiency and lead to greater quality of externally sourced dataServe as lead on projects where a data SME is necessary and represent the goals and functions of ingesting quality dataLead efforts to build out new capabilities and functionality to accommodate new business initiatives and/or make the platform more effective and efficientCreate and execute test plans to check for data quality across multiple systemsMaintain proper and well-constructed documentation (data dictionaries, gap analysis, vendor documentation, project plans, etc.)Building and documenting new processes, as well as following existing processesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS or CIS or equivalent work experience (Required)Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry (Required)Demonstrated experience in data exchange, particularly healthcare and clinical data (Required)Expert organizational skills with the ability to be process-orientated and work on multiple implementations and projects simultaneously (Required)Expert analytical skills and the ability to use creativity, logic, and various tools and technologies (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Python, etc.) to identify and analyze data issues (Required)Ability to adapt to change quickly and the willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technology (Required)Demonstrated people skills including clear and professional written and verbal communication (Required)Experience working independently with some direction (Required)Forward thinking mindset with the drive and ability to proactively anticipate and investigate potential future issues (Required)Ability to work with internal and external partners effectively to investigate/resolve any failures or issues that may arise (Required)Demonstrated project management/coordination experience (Highly Preferred)Previous experience collaborating with teams across multiple organizations/matrix environments (Highly Preferred)Experience working in an agile environment, utilizing tools like Jira (Highly Preferred)Experience with industry standard data formats (FHIR, HL7, X12) (Helpful)Customer service, help desk, or technical support experience (Helpful)
