Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years as a State Farm team member, and I've been in the insurance world since I was 16 years old. That lifelong experience gives me a deep understanding of the business and a strong appreciation for what it takes to build a successful, supportive office.I've been married for almost 20 years and have two boys. We're also a military family, so commitment, teamwork, and resilience are values that are very important to me and shape the way I lead the agency.Our team members earn PTO monthly, with up to 15 days available, and have access to top-producer bonuses, as well as weekly and monthly prizes based on performance. We also offer annual production bonuses, licensing reimbursement, and after 90 days, we cover life, disability, and hospital supplemental policies.Our culture is built around teamwork. Qualifications:Effective written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
