Material Handler/PackagerLocation: Greenville, WI Duration: 6 Months on W2 (Temp to Hire) Shift: 9:30pm - 6:30amJob SummaryThe Production Associate supports machine operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by assisting with packaging, material handling, and palletizing activities. This role involves removing finished rolls from machines, packaging products into boxes, preparing pallets for shipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. No prior machine operating experience is required; training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist machine operators with daily production and packaging activitiesRemove finished product rolls from production machines and place them into boxesTape and seal completed boxes and stack them onto palletsMove completed pallets using a pallet jack to designated warehouse areasFollow work order instructions and production schedules accuratelyPerform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standardsOperate finishing equipment and tools following established procedures and safety guidelinesMaintain productivity standards and support continuous workflow operationsBuild understanding of manufacturing equipment and production processes under direct supervisionMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentComply with all company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety regulationsWear required PPE including steel toe shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, and high-visibility vestsSupport additional warehouse or production duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent vocational education preferredLess than 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience requiredNo prior machine experience required; willing to trainAbility to lift up to 40 lbs regularlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsReliable attendance and strong work ethic requiredRequired EquipmentSteel toe shoes requiredSafety glasses, ear plugs, and high-visibility vests provided by the company
