TechnicianWe are seeking skilled technicians for our Madison, WI location to assist in building and renovating ground level office trailers. You will be responsible for addressing any issues on the trailers, ensuring they are fully operational for new rental.ResponsibilitiesRepair damage to exterior framing.Perform plumbing repairs to ensure functionality.Replace switches and ensure electrical outlets are operational.Conduct light HVAC repairs; extensive work will be contracted out.Paint both the interior and exterior of trailers.Repair or replace flooring and other structural components.Repair or replace drywallEssential SkillsProficiency in construction, carpentry, and framing.Skill in using power tools, rough carpentry techniques, painting, drywall, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.Ability to lift 50+ lbs and maintain physical activity throughout shifts.Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.Reliable transportation.Comfort with working indoors, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions.Why Work Here?Experience growth with opportunities for advancement, as demonstrated by past candidates moving into supervisory roles.
