CVICU experience is highly preferred. License: Active RN license required; NH or Compact state license must be valid at the time of submission. Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. Preferred certifications include TNCC, PALS, and CCRN. Must-Have: - 2-3 years of ICU experience - Strong independence - Experience in a variety of care settings - CVICU experience is a plus - Ability to work quickly and adapt to different situations Description: We are seeking a qualified ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. Candidates must possess 2-3 years of ICU nursing experience. Those with closer to 2 years should demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and manage a variety of care situations effectively. Experience in CVICU is highly desired and should be clearly indicated in the resume. The role requires candidates to float to other areas such as the emergency department, stepdown, and medical-surgical units with modified assignments. Familiarity with equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, and rapid infusers will be beneficial. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple responsibilities. Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory, with additional certifications being preferred.
