Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing and/or modifying work methods, organizational structures, management processes, and program administration procedures to perform management analysis; 2) Determining whether requests for funds are proper, necessary, and timely; 3) Identifying and/or resolving budgetary, personnel, and resource management problems (i.e. development of alternative methods of funding, administration of budget execution plans, organizational restructuring, etc.); 4) Ensuring all applicable policies and procedures are implemented and executed for each program.
