Ticket Sales Specialist

Company Description Park City Performing Arts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1998 that brings world-class performances to the community. PCPA produces diverse programming, including the Concerts on the Slopes, and the winter series at the George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Center for the Performing Arts. By prioritizing equitable access, PCPA provides free tickets for underserved members of the community and experiential learning opportunities for local students. PCPA relies on the generous support of sponsors, donors, and patrons who value the role of arts and culture in fostering a strong community. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Ticket Sales Specialist based in Park City, UT. The Ticket Sales Specialist will assist patrons with ticket purchases, provide excellent customer service, and manage ticketing transactions. Responsibilities include updating ticketing systems, responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting ticketing issues, and offering assistance with event-related questions. This role will also support sales efforts, such as promoting upcoming events and assisting with membership and donation inquiries as needed. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally and courteously with patrons and colleagues.Experience in Ticket Sales and Sales to effectively handle ticket transactions and promote programming and memberships.Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration.Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with ticketing systems or CRM software is a plus.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary for events.Passion for the performing arts and community engagement is highly desirable.
