This role is responsible for applying a flash chrome coating to metal components to improve appearance, corrosion resistance, and surface durability. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! Eligible for monthly production bonuses.Available shifts: 1st shift (7:30AM to 4PM), Work 40 - 50 hrs weeklyPosition Responsibilities:Monitor chemical baths and plating solutions to ensure proper concentrations and performance.Set up, operate, and adjust plating equipment according to production requirements.Monitor process parameters to maintain product quality and consistency.Inspect finished parts for quality, appearance, and adherence to specifications.Identify and report quality issues or process concerns to supervisors.Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and company regulations.Follow established work instructions and standard operating procedures.Work closely with production and quality teams to meet customer specifications and company standards.Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure proper handling and processing of parts. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements And Qualifications:Must have 3 plus years at previous employersComfortable with working in a manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and basic counting/math skills. Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
