Program Manager – Data, Analytics & AIRemote | 12+ Month EngagementOur client is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-visibility portfolio of initiatives across Data, Analytics, and AI. This is a strategic role for someone who can bring structure to complex programs, connect the dots across multiple projects, and confidently partner with senior and executive leadership.You’ll oversee multiple interconnected projects tied to broader business outcomes by managing dependencies, budgets, risks, priorities, and executive-level communication while ensuring the work being delivered is creating measurable business value.What You’ll DoLead 3+ concurrent, interconnected projects within a broader Data, Analytics & AI programOwn overall program strategy, governance, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery healthIdentify cross-project conflicts and make recommendations around prioritization, resources, scope, and sequencingChair or co-chair steering committee meetings and present program health and key decisions to C-suite and senior leadershipDefine and track KPIs to ensure completed initiatives are delivering measurable business valueAnticipate cross-project risks, resource constraints, and dependency issues before they impact deliveryEstablish clear governance, escalation paths, reporting cadences, and decision-making frameworksAssess organizational readiness for change across multiple concurrent initiativesHelp drive and mature the organization’s Agile transformation and delivery practicesWhat We’re Looking For8+ years of progressive project/program management experience2+ years managing multiple concurrent projects with significant cross-team dependenciesAgile delivery experienceStrong experience presenting complex programs and recommendations to executive/C-suite stakeholdersExperience managing program-level budgets and allocating resources across competing initiativesStrong systems thinking with the ability to see how individual projects impact the broader programData transformation experience strongly preferredPgMP, MSP Practitioner, or PMP with demonstrated multi-project/program experience preferredMMD Services Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
