Pelletizing Operator

New Tech Plastics is seeking a Pelletizer Operator , with a strong background in polyethylene film recycling. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Ensure production standards are met. · Responsible for utilizing experience where and when needed. Comprehend the regulatory environment and company policies, and ensure production systems, documentation, and processes are in compliance at all times. Develop personal knowledge of equipment and manufacturing systems to provide a highly competent technical resource. Provide technical expertise to resolve and/or troubleshoot production related issues. Implement and utilize solutions and technologies in support of improved safety, quality, continuous improvement, and optimization of manufacturing processes. Oversee the accurate and timely completion of production records. Determine and enforce quality control standards to ensure all output meets company and customer expectations. Foster a safety-first work environment. Ensure all safety and incident reports are completed and communicated in a timely manner. Qualifications: 1-3 years in a manufacturing setting, preferably LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE recycling . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Database entry and reporting experience.
