Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Cincinnati, OH. The Home Health Aide will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Responsibilities include monitoring patients’ health, reporting changes in condition to care teams, providing companionship and emotional support, and ensuring a safe and comfortable home environment. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Home Care and Patient Care to assist clients with personal and medical care needsProficiency in providing Personal Care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene supportAbility to support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility assistanceStrong Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and medical professionalsEmpathy, patience, reliability, and a strong work ethicHigh school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant is preferredPrevious experience in home healthcare, caregiving, or related roles is a plus
