(NGi) is seeking an experienced and driven Construction Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations across the Northern California region, based out of Concord, CA.This role is responsible for ensuring efficient delivery scheduling, accurate inventory management, and proper stocking of consumables and tools to support construction projects. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead and support warehouse personnel at each location, ensuring consistency, accountability, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day warehouse operations across all assigned locationsEnsure facilities are organized, clean, and operating safely and efficientlyDevelop, implement, and enforce standardized warehouse proceduresCoordinate and oversee daily delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution of materials, tools, and consumables to job sitesCollaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to prioritize and adjust deliveriesMonitor transportation efficiency and resolve scheduling conflicts or delaysMaintain accurate inventory levels of consumables, tools, and equipmentImplement and manage inventory tracking systems, including cycle counts and auditsIdentify shortages, overstock conditions, and cost-saving opportunitiesCoordinate purchasing and replenishment of materials as neededEnsure all inventory is properly received, labeled, stored, and organizedEstablish best practices for warehouse layout and material handlingMinimize loss, damage, and waste of materials and equipmentSupervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staffAssign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountabilitySupport hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions as neededEnsure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and safety regulationsConduct regular safety inspections and trainingMaintain documentation for inventory, deliveries, and safety proceduresProvide reporting on inventory levels, delivery performance, and operational efficiencyRecommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costsThis role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency across all warehouse locations and ensuring that construction teams have the tools and materials neededNote: Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.Education & Experience3+ years of experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or inventory management (construction industry preferred)Experience managing multiple locations or teams is highly desirableTechnical Skills & SoftwareProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with inventory management systemsStrong understanding of inventory tracking and reporting toolsQualifications & AttributesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalHigh level of accountability and attention to detailKnowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practicesFamiliarity with construction tools and materials preferredAdditional RequirementsAbility to lift and move heavy materials as neededFrequent standing, walking, and bendingAbility to travel between warehouse and job site locations across Northern CaliforniaAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentEqual Opportunity EmployerNGi is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
