You will work closely with local utilities, municipalities and project stakeholders to navigate projects through the full development lifecycle, making the most of the SMART incentive program, and utilizing your broad development understanding across permitting, interconnection, project management and project finance. Must Haves:5+ years experience developing community (DG) solar & BESS projects. A well-rounded solar project development background is absolutely essential, with clear exposure across real estate, permitting, and interconnection. A strong understanding SMART regulations & incentives in Massachusetts is critical.Good comprehension of underwriting and modeling - need to understand how changes in lease rates or other variables impact project economics.Nice To Haves: MBA or advanced degree would be a plus.What's in it for you?
