Participate in inventory counts, price changes, and loss prevention practices. Requirements 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in footwear or fashion. Strong knowledge of women's footwear styles, fit, and sizing is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
