Our Shift Managers assist the General Manager in the operations of the restaurant. We teach you how to become an expert at running a productive shift and managing controls of Cost of Goods (Food, Paper, Box) and all the controllable expenses managed by the Management Team. Staffing and Training team members to maximize production and customer service. We pay for all training including ServeSafe.
Shift Managers are evaluated once they are certified to run shifts to see if extra responsibilities are possible. We have advancement opportunities in place for those who demonstrate a commitment and desire to focus on customer service and our team member development.
