Maintenance Technician - HVAC / Mobile

This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across multiple properties within a designated territory.Key responsibilities include maintaining HVAC equipment, operating electrical and plumbing systems, conducting inspections, and managing work orders independently.Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience in commercial building systems, EPA/CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and physical stamina are essential.Work is primarily on-site in Greensboro, NC, with on-call duties. Compensation ranges from $62,400 to $80,000 annually.
