Assembler / Solderer

Netcom is hiring dependable Assemblers / Solderers to join our fast-paced electronics manufacturing team. You’ll perform hand soldering, assemble components, and ensure every product meets our high quality standards. What the Assembler/Solder Do: Hand soldering & assembly of electronic components Position, align, and install parts with precision Conduct inspections & basic equipment troubleshooting Keep work area clean, safe, and organized What Assembler/Solder We’re Looking For: Soldering experience required High school diploma preferred Attention to detail & commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude & familiarity with hand/power tools Team player with strong communication skills Why Netcom?
