Job Type:StaffJob Description:The Exam Services Proctor will assist in the administration of internal and external course and shelf exams. The role is part time with variable days and hours.Essential FunctionsProctor a variety of course exams, including but not limited to:Medical student Year 1 and Year 2 course exams, National Board of Medical Examiners Shelf Exams, Practice KAPLAN Board ExamsAssist student with IPad resetsMaintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials,test logs, and other test documentsMust be vigilant - able to pay close attention to cheating or prevention of cheating;able to administer Assessment Department rules Maintain a quiet atmosphere appropriate to testingPrepare documentation of cheating or dishonesty to assist in student discipline processReturn testing materials to the appropriate instructors ,agencies, or other colleges as requiredWork with students who have need of special accommodationsQualificationsSkills typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalentRequires familiarity and comfort using Apple IPad and iOS softwareEqual Opportunity EmployerKCU is committed to promoting an equal employment opportunity workplace.
