If you are a self-starter with high standards, strong communication skills, and a passion for success, we would love to hear from you.This employment opportunity is with a State Farm agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies and requires the successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.ResponsibilitiesMarket and sell State Farm insurance and financial services products to new and existing customersConduct needs-based conversations using office technology and available resourcesBuild and maintain professional relationships with clients and prospectsProvide prompt, accurate, friendly, and cost-effective customer serviceSupport the agency’s marketing and sales goalsUpdate customer information in the agency’s computer systems as neededPerform other related duties as assignedQualificationsStrong ethical standards, dependability, and professionalismMotivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindsetExcellent listening, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyPositive attitude, perseverance, and strong work ethicAbility to learn and apply product, industry, and market knowledgeExperience in marketing, sales and/or customer service is preferredExperience with common computer software is preferredLicensing & Training RequirementsMust complete State Farm required training programsMust complete continuing education and additional training as required to maintain licenses and stay current on products and servicesCompensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
