Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, this role involves hands-on implementation and support of investment management systems. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited to work at the intersection of finance and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesLead back-office implementation workstreams across multiple client engagements to ensure successful, high-quality, and timely delivery.Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders, including trading, portfolio management, compliance, and operations leadership teams.Collaborate with client teams to analyze data workflows and deliver tailored solutions.Contribute hands-on support during critical project milestones, escalations, or complex deployment activities as needed.Preferred Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience implementing investment management software in a client-facing consulting or professional services role.Strong expertise across portfolio accounting, reconciliation, performance, back-office workflows, and operational processes.Experience working with and supporting a broad range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX products.Demonstrated ability to manage customer escalations and navigate complex client situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
