Responsibilities Fill in open shifts for home care clients, ensuring they receive the essential care they need. Train new PCAs and CNAs, preparing them to excel in their roles and provide high-quality care. Assist in office operations, including recruiting, staffing, answering phones, and filing paperwork. Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with at least one year of experience and/or a Person Care Assistant (PCA) with at least two years of experience. Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. More Information We are seeking a full time "substitute" CNA or PCA to fill-in for shift openings for home care clients in the Dublin, Mount Vernon, Soperton, and surrounding areas. When not filling assignments, the substitute CNA/PCA will assist in office operations, which may include recruiting, staffing, answering phones and/or filing paperwork. The substitute CNA/PCA will also assist in training new PCAs/CNAs for new assignments. Candidates must be motivated and compassionate, "self starters" with strong communication skills. When filling in as a home care aide, you will provide essential services to help seniors and people with disabilities live independently in their own homes.
