Responsibilities
Fill in open shifts for home care clients, ensuring they receive the essential care they need.
Train new PCAs and CNAs, preparing them to excel in their roles and provide high-quality care.
Assist in office operations, including recruiting, staffing, answering phones, and filing paperwork.
Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with at least one year of experience and/or a Person Care Assistant (PCA) with at least two years of experience.
Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working on computers, especially client scheduling software

More Information
We are seeking a full time "substitute" CNA or PCA to fill-in for shift openings for home care clients in the Dublin, Mount Vernon, Soperton, and surrounding areas. When not filling assignments, the substitute CNA/PCA will assist in office operations, which may include recruiting, staffing, answering phones and/or filing paperwork. The substitute CNA/PCA will also assist in training new PCAs/CNAs for new assignments. Candidates must be motivated and compassionate, "self starters" with strong communication skills.
When filling in as a home care aide, you will provide essential services to help seniors and people with disabilities live independently in their own homes. These services may include:
Personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation
Medication reminders
Companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report client health and safety issues
Eligibility
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Caregiver Qualifications
We accept caregivers with any of the following credentials or qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Additional information and requirements
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Motor Vehicle History
Employee Physical
TB Test
CPR/First Aid certification
Driver's license
Valid car insurance
Must be willing to clock in and out using electronic verification systems
Must be willing to fill-in for assignments of clients
Dublin, Soperton, Mount Vernon and other surrounding areas (if needed)
