Key Responsabilities
The Solutions Architect role sits at the intersection of our customers, engineering, enterprise deployment, and product, working directly with some of the world’s most data-rich organizations to bring predictive applications into production using our tabular foundation model. In this role, you will guide customers from early discovery and evaluation through deployment and scale. You’ll work with senior business and technical leaders to identify high-value use cases, design robust architectures, and ensure deployments deliver measurable business impact.
This is a hands-on role combining solution design, data science & machine learning, and production engineering, ideal for someone who enjoys owning a customer's technical success end-to-end and building real systems that perform in complex enterprise environments.
What you will do:
Lead technical discovery to pinpoint high-feasibility, high-impact use cases where NEXUS demonstrates clear ROI
Partner with Sales to drive the technical win by scoping and building "Art of the Possible" demos, running competitive benchmarks, and prototyping solutions on customer data
Own the technical strategy for customers, maintaining deep relationships with senior stakeholders and defining the long-term strategy for adoption and expansion
Lead the end-to-end delivery project, coordinating Forward Deployed Engineers and customer teams to resolve technical blockers and drive alignment across IT, Governance, and Business stakeholders
Design robust solution architectures and integration patterns that ensure production-grade performance in complex enterprise environments (On-prem, VPC, Legacy systems)
Translate patterns from the field into high-signal engineering tickets for Product and Research to inform the roadmap and model evolution
Codify winning deployment strategies into reusable assets and reference architectures to accelerate the entire Solutions Architect team.

Strong experience working with enterprise customers, including navigating multi-stakeholder environments and deployment cycles
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Hands-on technical proficiency with a focus on data manipulation (Python, Pandas, SQL) to execute rapid prototyping and analyze customer datasets independently.
A collaborative mindset - excited to work cross-functionally, manage trade-offs and balance competing priorities across teams
