eLearning Courseware Developer

A company is looking for an eLearning Courseware Development Specialist to join their Professional Services team supporting a Department of Defense customer. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team to develop engaging, interactive, SCORM-compliant eLearning courseware Provide technical assistance for updating and modifying existing courses and ensure proper operation of learning content Co-create eLearning strategies and collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders Required Qualifications Associate's degree in instructional technology, graphic design, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in the ISD process Experience with various delivery platforms including mobile, social media, web-based, and desktop Proficiency in course development software such as Articulate Storyline and Captivate, and Learning Content Management Systems Visual design skills using tools like Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator Experience with SCORM packaging and Section 508 compliance
