As we continue to grow, we are focused on expanding our reach and strengthening our position in the market.Job SummaryUF Corporation is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, optimize operational efficiency, and lead a high-performing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth logistics, inventory accuracy, and excellent service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shippingManage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsDevelop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costsEnsure accurate inventory management and conduct regular auditsMaintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulationsCoordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to streamline operationsMonitor KPIs (productivity, order accuracy, turnaround time) and implement improvementsManage warehouse budgets, expenses, and resource allocationImplement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS)Handle problem resolution and ensure customer satisfactionRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)3-7 years of warehouse or logistics management experienceStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience with inventory systems and warehouse softwareKnowledge of safety regulations and compliance standardsExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBenefits401(k) planHealth insuranceDental and vision coveragePaid vacation
