Inventory Control Specialist As an Inventory Control Specialist, you'll ensure the accuracy and organization of our raw material and product inventorykeeping the right ingredients and supplies in the right place at the right time. This position combines hands-on warehouse work with administrative precision, requiring attention to detail, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.You'll maintain accurate records, lead physical counts, and work closely with warehouse, production, and management teams to keep our materials flowing efficiently. If you're the kind of person who notices the small details that make big differences, this role offers the opportunity to put your skills to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.What You'll DoMaintain accurate inventory records for ingredients, packaging, and finished productsParticipate in physical counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracyVerify counts and documentation against system records and adjust discrepancies as neededStage raw ingredients daily based on production needsMonitor stock levels and adjust as necessary to support ongoing operationsPrepare inventory reports and communicate adjustments to managementOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain organized storage areas and warehouse housekeeping standardsSupport inventory-related projects and assist with other warehouse operations as neededServe as a backup forklift operator when necessaryFollow all GMP, safety, and food safety requirementsWhy It MattersAccurate inventory is essential to running efficient operations and maintaining product quality.
