Workplace Operations CoordinatorOverviewThe Workplace Operations Coordinator will assist in facilitating the daily operations of an ongoing delightful experience for all employees. They will provide consistent workplace related operational support and assist in maintaining an inclusive and safe environment for our employees.About YouYou are an individual who possesses a strong ability to successfully prioritize and execute tasks/duties as assigned in alignment with the overall goals of the team. You consistently demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.ResponsibilitiesRepresent our culture in the SFHQ mailroom and print + ship stations by stocking and organizing supplies, maintain the appearance of the mailroom area, and provide support for general mail & package inquiries.Keep an upbeat demeanor and greet every employee and visitor to the mailroomReceive and process mail and packages on a daily basisMaintain weekly inventory of Workplace items that need to be purchased. Restock supplies on a regular basis. Support local teams with inventory managementManage incoming and outgoing mail/shipment process for HQ and other offi cesUnpack and stock Workplace deliveries in designated closets or support shipments to desired locationsIntake and respond to Zendesk tickets and perform the necessary task to satisfy general Workplace inquiries; escalate Workplace incidents and maintenance requests to Workplace Operations Specialist and Workplace Operations Lead when necessaryStay current on front desk protocols and provide ad-hoc support to reception when neededMaintain clear and consistent communication while providing cross functional support to teammates and partner teamsReceive, troubleshoot, resource and resolve all incoming employee questions or concernsSupport all Workplace leadership with all duties as necessaryExperience/SkillsBe aligned with our Core values: Make it Happen, Uplift Others and Be YourselfA passion for facilitating an overall positive employee experience through ongoing operational support2+ years of customer service experience1+ years in Workplace related experience and/or1+ years of Mailroom experiencePossess the ability to remain agile and multi-task effectively in a fast paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively, and manage confl ict constructivelyCapable of prioritizing tasks/duties as assigned and delegating tasks as neededCompensation$25.00 - $31.07 per hour
