We are TASC!We are currently looking for full-time – Grant Development ManagerStarting at $50,200 $59,000 – contingent upon experience, education, etc.Position Summary: This position supports the organization’s fundraising and program goals by managing the full lifecycle of grant development, including research, writing, submission, and reporting. The role coordinates grant processes, maintains funder communications, and ensures timely, accurate compliance while supporting broader development initiatives.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify local, state, federal, and foundation funding opportunitiesPrepare concise funding summaries and maintain a pipeline of prospective opportunitiesDraft grant proposals, letters of inquiry (LOIs), and supporting materialsEdit, proofread, and format proposals to ensure clarity, quality, and consistencyManage proposal development timelines, ensuring all submissions meet funder requirements and deadlinesCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather content, data, and required documentationMaintain and update a centralized library of grant materials, including boilerplate language, organizational data, and supporting documentsMonitor industry trends, research, and best practices to strengthen proposal quality and competitivenessTrack pipeline of grants, including reporting requirements, timelines, and compliance needsOversee and maintain the department’s grant tracking system and related reporting dataOrganize and maintain grant files, proposals, budgets, and supporting documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentialitySupport internal and external communications related to grant activitiesCoordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of key takeaways and next stepsPrepare and distribute materials for internal teams and external stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred and two to three year’s related grants management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong knowledge of computers, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications and the Internet.Familiarity with government and foundation electronic grants systems/portals (i.e., JustGrants, GrantSolutions, eRA Commons, Grants.gov, SAM).Excellent organizational skills, demonstrated attention to detail, self-directed, resourceful, and motivated to learn.Solid interpersonal and written communications skills, including proofreading, editing and writing abilities.
