In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, strategy development, and process optimization. You will work closely with our Enterprise Sales Team, Chief Revenue Officer, Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams to support the implementation of sales initiatives and drive operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity for someone to be part of a fast growing startup, surrounded by motivated, hungry and professional individuals looking to bring a modern solution to the financial markets.Responsibilities:Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, including market analysis, target identification, and go-to-market plansSupport the design and implementation of sales processes, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivityCollect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to align sales efforts and support overall business objectivesParticipate in the evaluation and implementation of sales tools and technologies to streamline operationsAssist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholdersSupport ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the sales leadership teamRequirementsCurrent enrollment or Imminent graduation in a bachelor's or master's degree program with a focus on business, finance, marketing, economics, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProactive approach and willingness to learnExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Excel RequiredFamiliarity with CRM systems (Hubspot) a PlusPrevious Internship Experience in Financial Services PreferredInternship Program Specifications10-Week Program (June 1, 2026 - August 3, 2026)Hybrid Work environmentCompany and Intern Events Throughout SummerIn addition to our competitive compensation package, we offer a highly motivated, growing and supportive environment with the opportunity to work alongside many other highly talented professionals.
