Job Title: Assembler IClient: Medical Device Manufacturing CompanyDuration: 12 monthsLocation: Louisville, CO 80027Shift: 1st shiftJob Description:Responsibilities include performing repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic/mechanical assemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written/verbal assembly instructions. Set initial layouts using hand/power tools, jigs, and saws. Conduct continuity checks on work in process and completed. May perform quality inspections, disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test assemblies according to specifications.Production Support:Support manufacturing operations/distribution centers including assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and distribution of products. Set up and operate automatic/semi-automatic machines and related equipment. Report malfunctions or abnormalities in machines, with adjustments to methods and processes recommended.
