Construction Coordinator I - Energy StorageMortenson is currently seeking a Construction Coordinator I - Energy Storage with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Must be open to rotational travel schedule throughout the United States of 3 weeks on, 4 days off. We do offer travel incentives to support you throughout your career.ResponsibilitiesCollect and organize punch lists, inventory, work production plans for easy retrieval and documentingProcess invoices and billing under the supervision of project manager and/or project accountantTrain in new project admins/clerksPerform basic inventory control under the direction of project management staffAssist with record retention and document controlsPerform basic field quality and safety inspectionsDocument conformance to plans and specsRecommend potential solutionsPromote Mortenson's safety cultureEffectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levelsAll other duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience on a construction job site preferredStrong Microsoft Office and internet skillsAbility to learn and utilize different types of computer software used in Construction Management to support any aspect of a construction projectAbility to effectively communicate, both written and verballyAbility to effectively handle detailed information and meet deadlinesAbility to multitaskActive listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedbackAbility to travel up to 10%A few benefits offered include:Medical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverageDental plan401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson matchPaid time off, holidays, and other paid leavesEmployer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insuranceNo-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resourcesTuition reimbursementAdoption AssistanceGym Membership Discount ProgramThe base hourly pay range for this role is $27.55 - $37.21.
