Senior Project Manager
Description:We are seeking a highly adaptable and experienced project management professional to support a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives within an R&D environment. This individual will play a key role in driving project execution, supporting system implementations, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders through strong communication and change management practices. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic coordination and hands-on execution, with proven experience managing multiple projects, navigating ambiguity, and ramping quickly in fast-paced environments. Strong stakeholder management, organizational skills, and experience working with large datasets or system implementations are critical for success. While biotech or pharma experience is a plus, it is not required. Candidates from adjacent industries with relevant project and data experience are encouraged. This role requires a proactive, communicative professional who demonstrates stability in prior roles and can effectively partner across global teams.We are seeking an experienced contract professional to help grow and mature the R&D resource management ecosystem by leading strategic projects that enhance visibility, efficiency, and integration across functions.
