*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children through expert clinical care, innovative treatment approaches, and collaborative teamwork. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including physical examinations and health assessments of pediatric patients across outpatient and inpatient settings. * Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in children, utilizing advanced medical imaging, laboratory tests, and electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic. * Develop personalized care plans that incorporate immunizations, health coaching, and preventive strategies tailored to each child's needs. * Collaborate with specialists in fields such as cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, psychiatry, neonatology, and pediatric critical & intensive care to coordinate comprehensive patient care. * Manage complex cases involving perioperative care, ventilator management, trauma medicine, or pediatric neuropsychology as needed. * Educate families on health maintenance, disease prevention, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term well-being. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with NCQA standards. *Qualifications* * Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics. * Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. * Proven experience in outpatient pediatrics with familiarity in hospital medicine or inpatient settings preferred. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and pediatric-specific procedures such as suturing, ostomy care, and IV infusion. * Experience with EMR systems like Epic or other EMR platforms; proficiency in medical coding (CPT/ICD) is advantageous. * Ability to perform clinical evaluations involving vital signs assessment and physical examinations with attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nursing staff and specialists across various fields such as dermatology, gastroenterology, nephrology, immunology, rheumatology, and sleep medicine.
