Description: Position: Sales Representative Territory: Pennsylvania & New Jersey Industry: Commercial & Hotel Cleaning Services Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience) + commission Job Description: We are a growing commercial cleaning company specializing in hotel and commercial facilities, seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand our client base across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This role is focused on developing new business relationships and promoting our professional cleaning services. Requirements: Identify and pursue new commercial and hotel cleaning opportunities in PA and NJ Build and maintain relationships with property managers, hotel management, and commercial clients Present and promote company services to prospective clients Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts Close new business and meet sales targets Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction Qualifications: Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Experience in commercial or hotel services is a plus Compensation & Benefits: Base salary $55,000–$65,000 Commission with strong earning potential Opportunity for growth within the company
