Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Channel Sales Specialist based in New York, NY, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Channel Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners, driving revenue through partner pipelines, and supporting partner enablement. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential channel opportunities, managing partner communications, delivering sales presentations, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Proven expertise in Channel Sales and managing strong relationships with Channel Partners.Solid experience in Communication and Sales with the ability to present, negotiate, and close deals effectively.Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure partner satisfaction and loyalty.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a hybrid work model.Previous experience in the compliance, security, or enterprise software industry is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
