We are looking for a part-time School Assistant / Community & Media Coordinator to support our campus, students, and vibrant school culture.About the RoleThis is a dynamic, hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety and being involved in all aspects of school life. You'll play an important role in students' daily experiences from snack breaks and recess to classroom support while also helping bring school events and community moments to life.Responsibilities IncludeSetting up and breaking down school events, parties, special assemblies, and celebrationsOrganizing and supporting classroom supplies and teacher needsAssisting with student supervision during recess and lunchSupporting teachers in classrooms (centers, activities, and transitions)Capturing photos and videos for:Yearbook contentSchool social mediaFamily communicationsHelping foster and maintain a warm, positive school communityVideos and Photos for social media contentTrend CreationsManaging Social MediaKnow how to video using Osmo cameraWhat We're Looking ForSomeone who genuinely loves working with childrenCreative, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentInterest in social media, photography, or content creation (experience is a plus, but not required)Organized, dependable, and a strong team playerComfortable engaging with students, staff, and familiesSomeone with media experience X, instagram, facebook content creationContent editing, taggingDaily PostingPosition DetailsPart-timeMondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 10am-2pmA great fit for students or professionals in education, child development, marketing, or anyone who loves being part of a school communityIf you enjoy creativity, connection, and making school days meaningful and memorable for kids, we'd love to hear from you!
