Client Operations Coordinator

Job OverviewOur client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of a growing mobile concierge service. In this role, you will help manage project coordination, maintain CRM records, process orders, and support day-to-day administrative operations. As the business expands into new service lines such as fabric and upholstery, you will contribute to streamlined workflows with potential opportunities to adapt and grow as the company scales and expands into future franchising efforts.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (Flexible, 20 work hours per week)ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project coordination from client design approval through to wallpaper installation completionMaintain and update client records, communications, and project status within HoneyBook CRMProcess invoicing, order placement, and vendor coordination to ensure timely project deliveryVerify wallpaper measurement calculations and flag discrepancies before orders are placedHandle client communications and provide responsive, friendly support throughout the project lifecycleSupport day-to-day administrative operations to free up the founder for in-home consultationsCollaborate closely with the founder and team in a creative, fast-paced small business environmentRequirementsExperience with CRM platforms, preferably HoneyBook or similar client management toolsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify issues and propose solutionsHigh level of attention to detail, particularly with numerical data and order accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional toneAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyIndependent Contractor PerksPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringNotePlease click the "Apply" button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
