Materials Movement Coordinator
About the Role
Step into a day where you keep production humming. As our Materials Movement Coordinator, you’ll shuttle parts and materials across departments, make sure orders are staged on time, and keep inventory accurate so manufacturing never misses a beat.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Receive inbound shipments, verify paperwork, and get materials where they need to go.
Pull and stage work orders for production, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle outbound parts for both production needs and spare-parts service requests.
Perform cycle counts according to established procedures and investigate discrepancies.
Return unused materials to stock with proper labeling and system updates.
Pitch in with general warehouse tasks—because you take pride in a clean, safe, and organized space. Additional duties as assigned.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Hands-on experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.
Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated pride in quality and productivity.
Certification to operate powered industrial trucks per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 prior to operation preferred.
