Manufacturing EngineerDirect Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled TradesPosition Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to plan, develop, and improve manufacturing processes within a composites environment. This role supports new product introduction, cost estimating, process development, and continuous improvement across production operations.Key Responsibilities Review engineering drawings and customer specificationsDevelop cost estimates including materials, labor, tooling, and vendor pricingSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through first article inspection (FAI)Create and improve methods of manufacture within ERP systemsProvide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot manufacturing issuesCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teamsMaintain and improve data within ERP systemsSupport programming and operation of manufacturing equipment (e.g., cutting systems)Promote safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standardsQualifications 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experienceBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related fieldExperience in composites manufacturing is a plusStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost estimating, and production workflowsAbility to work cross-functionally with shop floor, vendors, and leadershipWork Environment Combination of office and manufacturing floor settingMust be able to work in a fast-paced production environmentINDH Powered by JazzHR
