About The Position A facility is seeking a general surgeon for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located southwest of Louisville, Kentucky. The facility uses an EMR system and the credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days. The schedule is from 7 AM to 7 AM. Required procedures include general surgical cases for adults, pediatrics, and trauma. Additionally, the role involves performing central line insertions, chest tube insertions, managing vascular access devices, as well as conducting cholecystectomies, hernioplasties, and surgeries involving the colon and small bowel.
